Yes, unlike traditional recruitment services that typically require an upfront fee, we operate on a monthly subscription model. This enables you to spread the cost evenly over a 12-month period, making it easier to manage your budget. By structuring our service as an ongoing operational expense rather than a one-off fixed cost, it becomes a more sustainable and accessible solution for your business.

We begin every new client relationship with a three-month pilot period. This allows both parties to ensure we are aligned in terms of values, expectations, and ways of working. It also gives you the opportunity to assess the quality and impact of our services with no long-term commitment upfront.

At the end of the three months, should you decide not to proceed, you are free to end the arrangement. However, if you are satisfied and wish to continue, we would then move forward with a fixed 12-month contract, providing consistency and ongoing support tailored to your business.

Should any candidate we place — or any staff member supported through our recruitment services — leave their role at any point and for any reason, we will provide a full replacement as part of our ongoing commitment. This guarantee remains in place for the duration of our contract, ensuring continuity and peace of mind for your business.
